1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using https://mi-spa.com (“Website”), booking services, creating an account, or communicating with Mi Wellness and Aesthetics (“Mi,” “we,” “our,” “us”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Website or our services.

2. Services

Mi Wellness and Aesthetics provides elective med spa, spa, wellness, and beauty services. All services, descriptions, and pricing may change at any time without notice. Nothing on this Website constitutes medical advice or establishes a medical provider–patient relationship.

3. Eligibility

Services and Website use are intended for individuals 18 years or older.
Minors may receive select services only with the in-person consent of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Scheduling, Deposits & Cancellations

Scheduling

Appointments are booked through our online platform powered by HighLevel, or directly with staff.

Deposits

A deposit may be required at the discretion of Mi Wellness and Aesthetics at the time of scheduling.
If required, the deposit is applied to the service balance at your visit.

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

No-Shows

There is no formal no-show fee, but any required deposit will be forfeited if you do not arrive for your appointment or fail to cancel within the 24-hour window.

5. Pricing & Payments

Mi reserves the right to change pricing at any time.
Payments may be processed through third-party providers including Stripe, HighLevel, and other integrated services. By making a payment, you agree to comply with their terms and policies.

6. Results Disclaimer

All services are elective and aesthetic in nature. Individual results vary. No guarantees are made regarding outcomes, treatment duration, or suitability.

7. Website Content

All images, copy, branding, design, logos, and Website content are owned by Mi Wellness and Aesthetics. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any materials without written permission.

8. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:
• Use the Website for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to disrupt Website functionality
• Post or transmit harmful, offensive, or false information
• Misrepresent your identity or appointment information

9. Communications Consent

By submitting your phone number or email, you consent to receive:
• Appointment confirmations
• Service-related communication
• Marketing emails and SMS messages

You may opt out of promotional messages at any time by replying STOP to SMS or unsubscribing via email.

10. Third-Party Tools & Integrations

Mi uses third-party platforms including but not limited to:

• Meta Pixel / Meta Conversions API
• HighLevel (forms, scheduling, CRM, SMS/email communications)
• Stripe (payment processing)

Use of these services is subject to each provider’s terms and privacy policies.

11. Limitation of Liability

Mi Wellness and Aesthetics is not liable for:
• Website errors or downtime
• Third-party platform failures
• Unauthorized access to your data through third-party systems
• Adverse reactions, results, or dissatisfaction from elective treatments
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.

Such a beautiful spa! I honestly wasn't expecting to find a place like this in Bakersfield. With all the hype around Korean skincare lately, this was the first place that actually reminded me of the skin clinics I used to visit in Korea. I was visiting from LA, and I've never really come across a place that offers this kind of experience. The space is gorgeous, the atmosphere is so relaxing, and all the little details made it feel special. I had my treatment with Su and she was amazing. She took the time to explain my skin concerns and walked me through everything she was doing. She made me feel really comfortable the entire time. The whole staff was kind and welcoming, and overall it was such a great experience. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Bakersfield! Highly Recommend!

I received the Dr. Mi facial service, and my skin was glowing with a noticeable instant lift afterward. Peaceful, tranquil, and relaxing. I went to Mi for a self care day and it did not disappoint. On arrival the aesthetic and ambience was so bright and calm. I went in today for a massage with Karen. Her gentle pressure and knowledge of which muscles to work on plus the aroma therapy felt like an out of body experience. I recommend Mi to anyone and everyone. I give it a seven star !!

Mi Wellness and Aesthetics was such a wonderful experience. I went for a shirodhara scalp and body oil massage. Potli massage really relaxed my body and mind. Atmosphere is so beautiful and service is excellent.I cannot wait to come back to get another massage!
