Local Pick-Ups
We are currently an exclusively online shop. Local customers may now order online and pick up at one of our new local store location, mints flowers at 1336A Park Street, Alameda in addition to our home office. When shopping on-line, be sure to choose the "local pick-up" when selecting shipping charges. We will then email & confirm with you for a time to pick-up.

We do International Shipping
All International orders are processed first without shipping charges. We will email you within 48 hours for shipping quotes to your country. Once shipping has been agreed upon, we will email you a link for secure credit card payment.

All wholesale orders can be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, Fedex or UPS.
At mi SPA, we take great pride in our efforts to be a greener business by recycling all our shipping packaging and materials. You may noticed that the packages we ship your orders in may have been previously used. We believe in recycling and reducing waste as much as possbile, so as our customers we hope you don't mind helping us save some trees & energy by doing so.
Order Processing
Many of our products are freshly made to your order. For all individual retail orders, our current in-house processing is up to 5 business days, updates and exceptions are always noted on each individual product page or on shopping cart. We do our best to ship as quickly as possible when all informations are provided correctly. If you wish to overnight or express your order, please contact us prior to placing your order and be aware that you may not necessarily receive the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays may be shipped on the following business day.
All in stock items will be shipped at once. Occasionally we do ran out of items before the web site can be updated. When that happens, you will be notified by email and we will hold the shipment of the entire order. Your order will be shipped as soon as all items are available. You may choose to substitute a product or cancel and request for refund of the back-ordered items within 5 business days after we notified you. Please note: extra shipping charges may occur if you decide to have a partial order shipped.
Packages that are returned to us by the U.S. Postal Service marked as "Unclaimed", "Return to Sender", "Attempted Unknown", or "Invalid Street Address", may be credited back to the customer's credit card on file, less the shipping and handling fee.

Out of Stock
We make every effort to keep all of our products in stock at all times. Out of stock items will be noted on the web site and may have an anticipated arrival date.
Cancellation and Return/Exchange Policy
NO RETURN/EXCHANGE ON ALL BATH & BODY PRODUCTS, NOTECARDS -
Due to the natural aspect of our handmade and handcrafted products, we can not accept order returns, issue refunds or credits. We may review potential returns only on a case-by-case basis, in the instance where product is clearly defective and not exhibiting normal variances due to the dynamic nature of ingredients used.
Variations are unique character of handcrafted & natural products and should be celebrated and enjoyed. We cannot accept returns of a product due to variations in color, size, shape, texture, swirl and scent.
EXCHANGE/REFUND ON APPAREL ITEMS -
Exchange/Refund maybe except within 14 days after purchase, except for shipping.
Please do not return any merchandise until after contacting us. NO RETURNS will be accepted without pre-authorization. Please call or email us for authorization and details on return address.
Once your order has shipped, we cannot cancel it.
